The Sullivans: a novel
Based on the TV series and written by Richard Butler, this novel was was published by Unicorn books in 1980. It has a foreword by Hector Crawford, the man behind Crawford Productions, who made the show. The story is based on early episodes of the show, following the outbreak of war and its effect on the various members of the Sullivan family and their neighbours.

The Sullivans: A fan card, Steven Tandy
Fan cards of all the main cast were created and sent out to fans on request at the time of the show's screening. Steven Tandy, pictured left, played the middle Sullivan son, Tom. Most of Tom's storylines revolved around his worldwide army exploits with Norm Baker. They saw action in Crete and, Holland, as well as being prisoners in Changai for a time. Steven Tandy continues to act in television, film and theatre. |

The Sullivans: A fan card, Susan Hannaford
Fan cards of all the main cast were created and sent out to fans on request at the time of the show's screening. Susan Hannaford, pictured left, played the Sullivan's only daughter, Kitty. The series saw Kitty blossom from a schoolgirl into a capable young woman and, later, mother. For a time, Kitty was as a nurse and she was particularly close to her eldest brother, John, who was studying medicine when war broke out. Susan Hannaford also worked in fashion design and is no longer acting. |
